SERVO PUSHER 4G

CLIENT: VIDRALA

CHALLENGE: To develope a mechanical system that allows the removal of newly moulded glass containers to the exit conveyor, with the difficulties of an extreme temperature environment, high production speed and at the same time, the fragility of the container to be moved.

SOLUCIÓN: It is designed a compact equipment powered by servo motors, composed of elements that withstand high temperatures, watertight and that also do not require maintenance. Youtube Video

AIRBUS WING ASSEMBLY PLATFORM CENTER

CLIENT: AIRBUS

CHALLENGE: The operators work on hydaulic platforms. The coordination of these seven platforms with security, ergonomics and precision of hydraulic gears creaated instability.

SOLUTION: Software: Control system (with Siemens) with regulation loops specially devoloped by Avacon for hydaulic gears. This control system is used in some AIRBUS industrial facilities, more specifically in two industrial facilities in Spain and two in Germany.

GOBScan: GOB WEIGHT AND SHAPE CONTROL

CLIENT: VIDRALA GROUP

CHALLENGE: Gob weight and shape control. the operator regulates by hand the glass flow.

SOLUTION: A line scan with a software to calculate and control in real time the optimal weight and shape of the gob. 200 cuts per minute – 800 gobs per minute

THICKNESS MEASUREMENT CONTROL SYSTEM

CLIENT: MADERAS DE LLODIO

CHALLENGE: There is no control of wooden slats measurement. The calculation is made in microns. This material is porous and devoid of thickness.

SOLUTION: Control system based on a laser that measures in real time by a loops matrix. It measures the thickness indicating and capturing  the thicknesses out of range. Reduction of the staff that verified the thickness manually. With this solution the measurement is made automatically and during the production process.
